Final Verdict Superior Casino Review: Is it the best Bitcoin Casino?

Best? Absolutely not. Especially from a privacy standpoint. But apart from that there isn’t much to complain about, if you can ignore the somewhat lacklustre support.

The user-interface however sure needs an upgrade, a big one.

It has existed for quite some time now, is (in theory, not verified) licensed and fair. The deposit modes while not very accommodating are still acceptable. The bonuses too are impressive.

Does Superior Casino demand KYC verification?

As mentioned earlier, Superior Casino isn’t a privacy-friendly casino. In other words, yes, it does require KYC documents and identity verifications.

On Superior Casino, personal data is demanded from the moment you begin registration. It requires your name, e-mail, date of birth, mobile number, address, zip code, and country. Basically a complete personal biodata is required.

Then come the documents, in most cases they’re demanded upon your first withdrawal request. But they might be asked for even prior to that at any other time.  The account is verified over phone so simply the documents aren’t enough either.

What bonuses does Superior Casino offer?

The bonuses at Superior Casino differ from the normal bonuses you see on other crypto casinos. For starters, its bonuses differ based on your “mode of deposit”.

So if you deposit using fiat currencies, you’re eligible for a 250% bonus on each of your 3 consecutive deposits. It’s capped at EUR €2500.00 on each of the deposits which add up to EUR €7500.00 bonus in total, an impressive number.

Although the first deposit bonus also offers an additional 100% cashback. The cashback on the second deposit is 50% on top of the 250% bonus.

This cashback applies to your “losses”. E.g. if your first deposit is worth USD $100.00, you’ll be reimbursed an extra USD $100.00 when your balance drops below USD $1.00.

However, the bonuses aren’t completely without limitations. There’s this weird “20x cashout limit” on all 3 deposit bonuses. So you can’t withdraw more than 20x of your deposit amount regardless of how much money you win.

If you choose to make your deposits using Bitcoins, the bonuses differ. BTC deposits are rewarded with a 300% bonus on each of your first 3 deposits. A maximum cap of EUR €3000.00 applies to these bonuses.  These too have a 20x withdrawal limit. A general wagering requirement of 30x applies to all deposit bonuses.

Even though the general bonus amount is better, BTC deposit bonuses do not include the cashbacks we mentioned earlier.

As far as bonus activation goes, you get to choose from one of the available bonuses on your deposit page. So you can manually opt for the 250% + cashback fiat bonuses even if you deposit using Bitcoins. Simply choose a bonus and click on “claim this promotion”.

As the screenshot above shows, there are additional account-specific bonuses. These are for individual accounts and players and may not be the same for everyone.

“The” most important question we ask in our best Bitcoin casino reviews. Unfortunately, the casino doesn’t publicly display any licensing information or seal.

However when we contacted the support staff they did confirm being licensed in Costa Rica.

What are the modes of deposit and fees on Superior Casino?

We like a Bitcoin casino with options, fortunately Superior Casino is one. It allows for both Bitcoin, as well as fiat deposits.

Note that we used “Bitcoin” specifically and not “Cryptocurrencies” in the above sentence. That’s because the casino only supports Bitcoin and no other Cryptocurrency.

How good (or bad) is Superior Casino support?

Not the best. They do have a 24X7 live-chat. The chat is connected almost instantly. But in my experience, majority of the times you’d either not get a reply, or get very slow replies.

In my case, the standard response always seems to be “We’re experiencing heavy traffic, please give us a minute”. The minute apparently is longer than hours.

When you do get a reply however, it’s pretty fast and informative. Apart from this, there’s an e-mail ID which probably can be used to contact support.
