Casoo Crypto Casino Review

In all my time of hunting for the best Bitcoin casinos, never have I come across a “cute” Bitcoin Casino. Well, Casoo changed that. Their name, logo and the overall website design imparted that notion. Well anyway, we’ll be talking about a lot more than just its aesthetics in this Casoo review.

Because we’ve been with industry leaders such as FortuneJack and mBit Casino, naturally our expectations remain high. Do you have any prior Bitcoin Casino experience as well? Or are you a complete newcomer? In either case, I’m sure the following questions do explain any Bitcoin casino in detail:

Casoo Bitcoin Casino at a glance

So here’s all the concrete and cement that goes into building up the casino as a whole:

  • Website: https://www.casoo.com/
  • KYC: Optional.
  • Provably Fair: Yes.
  • Licensed: Yes.
  • Welcome Bonus: 2000 USD/EUR +200 free spins.
  • Deposit Methods: Crypto + Fiats.
  • Live Chat: Yes (not 24 X7 ).
  • Restricted Regions: USA, UK, Latvia, Lithuania, France, Curacao, and the Netherlands.

Let’s get you a closer peek at this Casoo review then?

Does Casoo require KYC/Identity verifications?

Most best Bitcoin Casinos do require KYC verifications. While not a major downer, I’d still rather not share my photo and identification documents with a Casino. Don’t you agree?

Fortunately Casoo agrees (partially). It doesn’t require any KYC/Identity verification during deposits. Although, some withdrawals may be subject to KYC/Identity verifications.

Note that this isn’t always the case. It “is” possible to withdraw without any verifications as well. The verification is triggered by a number of factors and the decision is completely dependent on the Casino.

If and when KYC is required, users are asked to prove their:

  • Identity
  • Address
  • And Payment information.

Govt. issued ID cards, utility bills and photos of Credit cards are some of the documents which are accepted.

Also, during registrations users are prompted to enter their phone numbers.

On the bright side, no OTP-verification is required for the number. So while it “technically” can be random and untrue, their T&C states that the number must be correct.

In a nutshell, Casoo has an optional KYC-policy.

What are the bonuses offered?

Been through our Fortunejack Review or mBit Casino Review? If yes, you may not find the bonuses offered by Casoo to be very generous.

The welcome bonus for e.g. is divided in 4 consecutive deposit bonuses. While the “percentage” is at par with other industry-levels, the bonus caps aren’t.

The first deposit bonus for e.g. is matched 100%, but it’s limited at 300 EUR and 100 spins. The second deposit is matched 50%, again with a cap of 300 EUR and 100 spins.

The third deposit bonus is matched 40%, although no free spins accompany this. And finally, the fourth deposit offers a 25% boost on your deposits but with an impressive EUR 1,000 cap. No free spins are offered for the fourth deposit either.

Other bonuses

Apart from the welcome bonus, they also offer daily bonuses. These bonuses change everyday and are custom-tailored for each day.

They may be varying cashbacks, deposit bonuses, or other kind of bonuses. The screenshot below would explain things better:

Then there’s a “Mystery bonus”. It’s not specific rather something random is awarded everyday to the users for logging in.

There also is a “Weekend Bonus”. This is offered on deposits. It’s matched 50% with a €/$200 cap. Although it’s only available for users with level 40 or above. However, it self-upgrades in value everytime the user advances by 10 levels.

So all in all, the welcome bonus while not impressive is still acceptable. The other bonuses also help bridge the gap a bit.

Is Casoo Bitcoin Casino licensed and Provably fair?

One of the most important aspects we look for in an online crypto casino is their licensing and fairness.

Fortunately, Casoo is indeed licensed by the Curacao govt. We verified their license-seal and the license number 8048/JAZ is indeed valid. Moreover, three other domains registered under the same organizations were found.

As for fairness, there’s no “Provably fair” page on the website. However, we checked the game providers and all of those are the most reputed providers in the industry. This clearly means the casino is Provably fair and doesn’t cheat on its results.

How can you deposit/withdraw funds at Casoo?

Not everything is “just acceptable” on this Casoo review, some aspects are pretty impressive as well. The deposit/withdrawal methods are one of them.

It accepts both Cryptocurrency as well as Fiat currencies as a mode of deposits and withdrawals. However note that it doesn’t support cross-withdrawals. Meaning, you only can deposit funds using the same method/coin which were used for deposits.

Anyway, for fiat deposits users can use:

  • Cards
  • Neosurf
  • Skrill
  • ecoPayz
  • Yandex
  • Qiwi
  • Jeton
  • Webmoney
  • Zimpler
  • or Neteller

As for Cryptocurrencies, you can deposit funds using:

  • BTC
  • ETH
  • Or LTC.

However note that some currencies/methods are country-specific. So you may find additional options, or may not find all of the listed options depending on your country.

Bottomline? The modes totally rival the ones we found in our 7Bit Casino review.

What are the fees and minimum/maximum limits?

Casinos generally do not charge any deposit fee. The same is true on this Casoo review as well. Funds can be deposited absolutely free. This is impressive considering how not only Cryptocurrencies, but even fiat deposits are free of cost.

And then again, it totally earns its place as one of the best Bitcoin casinos by offering free withdrawals as well. This isn’t common even for the industry-leaders.

Limits however apply. The minimum deposit limit is €10.00 for all fiat deposits. The maximum is € 4000.00/transaction for except Skrill, Neteller, Yandex and Qiwi.

For Crypto deposits, the limits vary for each Cryptocurrency. The minimum accepted is 0.0061BTC,  0.15 ETH, 0.72LTC for the respective coins. The maximum deposit limit/transaction is 1.51BTC, 38.37 ETH, and 180.48 LTC.

The withdrawal limits follow a similar structure. All fiat withdrawals have to be worth USD/EUR 20.00 minimum. The maximum withdrawal/transaction for fiats is limited at USD/EUR 2000.00. However for Yandex, the maximum is limited at USD/EUR 700.00.

Cryptocurrencies can be withdrawn at a minimum of 0.0061BTC, 0.15ETH, and 0.72 LTC. The maximum limits are as follows-  1.06 BTC, 27.01 ETH and 126.82 LTC/transaction.

Bottomline, the limits are parallel to what most other best Bitcoin casinos are offering.

Which countries are supported by Casoo?

Due to the nature and service provided by these Crypto casinos, they have to adhere to a number of rules and regulations.

Casoo is strictly unavailable in USA, Latvia, UK, USA , Lithuania, France, Curacao, and the Netherlands.

Moreover, a number of other countries have provider-specific restrictions. Meaning, the games from those providers isn’t available in those countries. Evolution Gaming is not available in USA and Latvia, Play’n’go is restricted in USA and so on.

How is Casoo Casino’s Support?

Okay, this probably is the first time I’m massively disappointed with a Casino’s support.

So there’s a live-chat option. Which isn’t available 24X7 and the support staff is only periodically online. However, when online the support staff seems pretty cooperative and replies can be expected within seconds.

But then again, the Casino has this weird policy of ending conversations abruptly. My chat was disconnected mid-way citing “other customers are waiting, please contact us via ticket if you’ve any more queries”.

This honestly is the most unprofessional live-chat experience I’ve ever had. There is the additional E-mail/Ticket support as well as a phone-number for phone support.

What are the available games on Casoo?

The game-arsenal is impressive. The company mentioned “3000+ games” on its registration page however we haven’t counted them all manually.

The interface  was still disappointing. The games aren’t categorized into the normal categories we expect. They’re all laid down on a single page, with “game providers” being the only filter available.

Fortunately there does exist a “Live” section on the user menu which offers access to live games.

Final Verdict on Casoo Review

Wrapping this Casoo review up, let’s take up some points which we haven’t address so far.

So the Casino doesn’t offer a ton of security features for user-accounts. No 2-FA could be found. The casino also doesn’t have a cold-storage for user funds either. It does however mention storing user-funds in a “separate” bank account detached from company accounts.

Secondly, the loyalty-program is kind of weird. So there are no specific “cashbacks” or “deposit bonuses” as we normally find with other Casinos. Rather, it’s all masked under a “surprise”. Users aren’t told what to expect. The total number of levels too isn’t made public.

The concept is, you’ll get a bonus each time you level up. What the bonus exactly is isn’t made public either.

But all in all, if you take the anonymity and ease of deposits into account it still seems like a pretty good bet. Does it to you too? Let us know in the comments of this Casoo review.
